Important Terms
- Draft limit: if the direction is not confirmed after 3 drafts, the order is terminated and the deposit is non-refundable.
- Response time limit: no reply within 30 days will be treated as abandoning the project.
Ordering Process
- 01. Confirm Quote – Sign the contract and pay the agreed deposit.
- 02. Submit Materials – Provide digital text, logo source files and style references.
- 03. Draft Review – 4-page initial draft delivered to lock in the style (approx. 5–7 working days).
- 04. Content Layout – Layout of remaining pages completed (approx. 7–12 working days).
- 05. Revisions – Revisions marked up via our system (approx. 2–3 working days per round).
- 06. Final Delivery – Once the balance is settled, source files and print PDF are delivered.
FAQ
Q. What do I need to prepare before we start?
Please prepare your logo source files, Word/Doc files and high-resolution images. Make sure all text has been proofread – we do not provide typing services.
Q. How long does the design take?
Initial draft in approx. 5–7 working days; a complete design of under 32 pages takes approx. 7–12 working days after the style is locked.
Q. Can I get the source files?
Both the Standard and Premium plans include AI or InDesign source files. The Basic plan delivers a print-ready PDF only.
