Service Notes & Terms
1. Initial drafts and revisions
We commit to providing a first concept draft based on your requirements. If the design style doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a free second draft adjustment; if further changes are still needed after the second, you may request a free third draft adjustment.
* These free adjustments apply only to the overall direction of the design style. They do not cover major changes to text content or an expansion of project scope.
2. Project termination and deposits
If, after three concept drafts have been submitted, the client is still unable to confirm a final design, the project order will be terminated immediately. In this case, all payments made by the client (including deposits or full prepayment) are non-refundable, and we will not provide the client with any designed files or source files.
3. Client response time limit
After the initial draft is submitted, the client must provide written feedback or instructions within 30 calendar days. If no written reply or instruction is received from the client after 30 calendar days, the order will automatically be deemed completed and accepted unilaterally by the client. The client must pay any outstanding balance and may not dispute this termination or the design results; we will then deliver the files as agreed.
