Q: What if my design need doesn’t have a price listed on the website?
Because the scale and requirements of each design service (graphic, video, layout, etc.) vary widely, we can’t offer a single fixed package. Every quote is tailored to your specific needs and complexity, so we can offer the most reasonable budget option.
Q: How do I send large files?
- Under 20MB: email them directly to info@senyaostudio.com.
- Over 20MB: upload to Google Drive / Dropbox / WeTransfer and email us the share link.
Q: How do I pay?
Option 1: Full prepayment (recommended)
Pay the full project fee before work on the initial draft begins. This keeps the project free from payment delays, speeds up the design process and gives your delivery priority.
Option 2: Staged payment
Pay 50% of the project total as a deposit to start the initial draft. Once the design is confirmed and accepted, pay the remaining 50% balance and we’ll deliver the final design source files.
